  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Fresh garlic can be used instead.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Set the rack in the center.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, combine frozen dumplings, mixed vegetables, broth, soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir gently to avoid tearing the dumplings and ensure everything is evenly coated.
  4. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat on the stovetop.
Baking
  1. Once boiling, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dumplings are heated through and the sauce is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge. It's versatile and can be customised with different vegetables or proteins. Great served family-style.
