  • 1 cup sweet corn, canned or grilled If using canned corn, drain it well before adding.
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced Soak the diced onion in cold water for a few minutes to reduce pungency.
  • 1 medium avocado, sliced Choose avocados that are ripe but not too soft for perfect slices.
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped If you’re not a fan of cilantro, parsley is a great substitute.
  • 1 medium lime, juiced Roll the lime on the counter before juicing to get more juice.
