Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes Choose fresh chicken for best taste.
  • Skewers Soaked in water if wooden to prevent burning.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk everything together well.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, spacing them out slightly.
Cooking
  1. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 10 minutes or in the microwave.
