- In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Chop the veggies while the chicken marinates.
Cooking

- In the same skillet, warm the tortillas for a minute on each side.
Assembly
- Place sliced chicken on each tortilla. Top with diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
