Dressing Ingredients

Preparation
  1. Start by washing all your fresh produce.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and onion, aiming for uniform sizes for even mixing.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
  2. Gently fold in the feta and parsley.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serving

Notes
