- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
Cooking
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on a baking tray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
