  • 1 teaspoon chili powder Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Use extra virgin for better flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight for maximum flavor.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  3. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  4. Top the grilled chicken with diced avocado and chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in a warm oven or stovetop. Avoid adding avocado to leftovers for best quality.
