  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter Melted, for glaze.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Kosher or sea salt preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper Coarse-cracked for texture.

Preparation
  1. Cut chicken breasts into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. Add lemon zest, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  5. Preheat grill, air fryer, or stovetop pan.
Cooking
  1. Cook skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  2. Melt butter and mix with minced garlic for glaze.
  3. Brush the garlic butter glaze over skewers before serving.
  4. Serve with rice, salad, or grilled veggies.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate for up to 24 hours. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. To reheat, use a 325° F oven or air fryer.
