Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed is best.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Cloves, minced Feel free to increase the amount if you love garlic.
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Use extra virgin for a robust flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Salt Adjust to personal taste.
Main Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Chicken Breasts, skinless and boneless Use organic or free-range if possible.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. For stovetop, cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. For oven, place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

Use a meat mallet to flatten chicken breasts for even cooking. Marinate overnight for even more flavor. Consider serving with sides like steamed veggies, rice, or a fresh salad.
