Ingredients
  

For the marinade
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes Choose fresh, high-quality chicken for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup hot honey Mix regular honey with a dash of hot sauce if hot honey is unavailable.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Helps keep the chicken moist while grilling.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1 tsp paprika Brings smokiness and color.
  • to taste salt and pepper Seasoning is key for enjoyment.
Other ingredients
  • 1 pack skewers Soak in water if wooden to prevent burning on the grill.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk to blend well.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is charred and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy fresh, but leftovers can be added to salads or wraps. Marinade can be made in advance for enhanced flavor.
