Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the hot honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk to blend well.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is charred and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For storage, keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy fresh, but leftovers can be added to salads or wraps. Marinade can be made in advance for enhanced flavor.
