Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.

Cooking

  2. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Notes

Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze cooked chicken for up to a month.
