Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Grilling

  2. Top each chicken breast with salsa verde and pepper jack cheese in the last few minutes of grilling.
  3. Close the grill lid until cheese is melted.

Notes
