Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Extra virgin for richer taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Low-sodium option recommended
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on taste preference
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste none Salt and pepper
Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into chunks Look for fresh, organic chicken if possible
  • to taste none Skewers Soaked in water if using wooden skewers

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken chunks to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes or prepare it the night before.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, ensuring they are spaced out for even cooking.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and has grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
  4. Remove from grill and serve warm.
