Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for the best flavor.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Shake off any extra liquid.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
