Preparation
  1. Preheat your Blackstone Griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Melt the garlic butter on the griddle until foamy.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the griddle and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  2. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
