Marinating
- In a bowl, marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, garlic, and ginger for about 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and sauté until cooked through.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
