Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
- Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping gently halfway through.
- Serve warm with optional toppings if desired, sliced on the diagonal for easy sharing.
Notes
Use leftover chicken for convenience. You can also pre-shred chicken and cheese for faster assembly. A little browning builds flavor.
