  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Brush on wraps for crispiness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds flavor to the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Enhances the dish's color and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  4. Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping gently halfway through.
  3. Serve warm with optional toppings if desired, sliced on the diagonal for easy sharing.

Notes

Use leftover chicken for convenience. You can also pre-shred chicken and cheese for faster assembly. A little browning builds flavor.
