Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cranberries, diced apple, and chopped celery. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Place a portion of the mixture in the center of each lettuce leaf or tortilla.
  5. Roll up tightly, then slice in half and serve.

Notes

For family-style presentation, arrange the wraps on a platter with toppings on the side. Store leftovers in an airtight container; they last 2-3 days in the fridge. Microwave for warming if desired.
