Main Ingredient
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Choose plump, fresh chicken breasts for juiciness.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for the best results.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while hot and juicy, sliced into strips on a large platter.

Notes

You can marinate overnight for stronger flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
