- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into long, oval-shaped kofta and thread them onto wooden skewers.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the kofta for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through and browned.
- In another bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to make the creamy garlic yogurt sauce.
Serving
- Serve the kofta hot with the yogurt sauce on the side. Drizzle the sauce generously over the kofta.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes for best results.
