  • 1 lb ground chicken Use chicken breast or thigh meat according to preference.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg Binder for crust.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  2. Remove from the oven, add desired toppings, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  3. Slice and serve hot.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
