Wrap Components

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. If the mixture seems dry, add a teaspoon of olive oil.
Assembling the Wraps
  1. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and add a portion of the chicken mixture to the center, then top with shredded cheese.
  2. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
