Method
 

Preparation
  1. Align all ingredients at arm’s reach for a smooth process.
  2. Shred cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Finely chop celery and green onions, adding them to the bowl.
  5. Introduce the shredded chicken to the bowl and gently toss to ensure even coating.
  6. Taste the mixture and adjust salt, pepper, or additional buffalo sauce as needed.
  7. Allow the salad to chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  8. Just before serving, garnish with crumbled blue cheese and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.

Notes
